Hi I am a volunteer Tai Chi Qi-Gong Shabashi instructor for Age Cymru.
I took early retirement form lecturing and mentor training in 2008 and took a part time position with Age Connects as a community co-ordinator. Whilst working here I became aware of the benefits of Qigong as an activity for Ageing Well groups that I had set up and delivered.
The beauty of the Age Cymru ‘Tai Chi for Better Health’ is that its a style to suit all in particular older people.
